M4 Microloop Enclosure

Equipped for mid-span access with integrated bare fiber loop storage the FTTx MicroLoop facilitates up to 4 drop cables either pre-connectorized or spliced. The splice tray accommodates a single PLC Splitter whether pre-connectrized or bare fiber from 1:2 up to 1:8. A continuous gel seal incorporates cable entries and the enclosure seals to an IP68 rating. The FTTx MicroLoop Enclosure can be wall-mounted and is suitable for placement in manhole chambers or boundary access points.

M8 Microloop Enclosure

The M8 is a single enclosure ideal for both aerial and underground network applications with two versions rated at IP55 & IP68.

Internal Features

  • The M8 facilitates up to 8 customer drops from a single node, which reduces implementation costs to reach more homes.
  • 2 x network cable entry ports with strength member & aramid yarn fixation.
  • Loop storage area for loose tube cables.
  • 8 x Drop cable exit ports up to 6mm with adapter plate to fit 4 SC simplex or 4 LC duplex adapters.
  • Option of 2 x 12F splice trays with PLC splitter bay per tray; or a high-density 1 x 48F splice tray which incorporates 1 x PLC Splitter Bay.
  • PLC splitter bay houses a small form module for bare fiber or 900µm tails.
  • Network cable diameters up to 12mm for conventional ADSS cables.

LDJ Dome Joint

The FTTx Loop Dome Joint is a versatile 24F splice enclosure deployed in FTTx networks and incorporates mid span access loop storage and a patch plate for pre terminated drop cable. The base comprises up to 10 drop port entries and a single oval port entry. A loop storage basket is positioned between a 12F single element splice tray and a 5 x SC SX or 5 x LC DX adapter tray on either side. The splice tray makes provision for 1 PLC Splitter (1×2 to 1×16)

Rapid-Stor

The Rapid-Stor purposefully organizes network poles to reduce clutter and unsightly cable management whilst increasing the rate of deployment in order to reduce total cost of implementation.

Rapid-Hold

A revolutionary dead-end clamp for drop cable, featuring an innovative Cam and lock-release system. 7Twenty’s unique Rapid-Hold is designed to secure drop cable and eliminate the need for multiple dead end sizes.

Access Box

The Access Box is a underground mini handhole that provides easy access to feeder distribution cables and or ducts. The Access Box allows for mid span breakout from distribution cable, or duct, to the customer premises for FTTH/FTTB network deployment. The Access Box is configured to house enclosures and or cable slack

Connect Point

Connect Point is an indoor fiber termination masterpiece combining elegance with rapid installation for FTTH and FTTB. It fully encapsulates the internal mounting frame & splice tray which reduces depth in order to provide slim-line elegance whilst retaining fiber network elegance.

Connect Terminal

The Connect Terminal is an indoor, customer wall outlet that is designed to fit to any standard 4×4 wall box (socket). It allows for splicing of 2 fibers and can fit 1 x SC simplex (LC duplex) adaptor. In addition to this the Connect Terminal can house 2 x coaxial cables or with the use of the 2 carriages supplied, can hold 2 x RJ45 keystone jack connectors for network cables – all of this within an attractive housing to suite the modern home.

NID Fiber Box

The NID Fiber Box  (Network Interface Device) is a termination point, installed as outside plant on walls and fences in the FTTX distribution network. The NID Fiber Box accommodates 10 F splices with 2.4 mm HS splice protectors or 5F mechanical splices. Up to 4 SC SX or LC DX adaptors can be fitted onto the base plate to patch onto a pre-connectorized drop cable. The NID Fiber Box can be used as a demarcation point segregating the customer drop from the network, thus creating flexibility to test and pinpoint faults without having to access the customer’s premises.

NID Fiber Box with PG Glands

The NID Fiber Box (Network Interface Device) with PG Glands  accommodates 10F splices with 2.4mm HS splice protectors or 5F mechanical splices.
The splice tray incorporates a splitter bay. Up to 4 SC SX and LC DX adaptors can be fitted onto the base plate to patch onto a pre-terminated drop cable. The NID Fiber Box with PG Glands can be used as a demarcation point segregating the customer drop from the network, thus creating flexibility to test and pinpoint faults without having to access the customer’s premises. The base has 4 knockouts and PG glands, with O-rings, are supplied to provide a watertight seal at the cable entries.

NID Slack Box

The NID Slack Box (Network Interface Device) is a versatile storage box deployed in the FTTx network. The box can be used to store the slack from pre terminated drop cables or fiber modules at the end of a riser cable. The storage box is supplied with split rubber seals, but PG glands can be used instead to achieve an IP55 rating. Made from UV stabilised material the box is suitable for outdoor and indoor use.

Fence Bracket

The Fence Bracket is supplied with the necessary stainless-steel fasteners for convenient assembly. It is a useful accessory for the NID Fiber Box to easily be mounted to any type of fencing including palisade fencing, round bar or square tube fencing.

Aerial Slack Storage Bin

The Aerial Slack Bin is a pole mounted enclosure used to store and conceal aerial cable slack. The Bin is designed to also safely secure the cable even once the lid has been opened, making it safer for the technician to work with at heights

SOLARLOCK
Anti-theft system

SolarLock links your solar panels, using fiber technology, to your existing alarm system with zero false alarms. A single SolarLock device protects up to 200 panels.
