Design and Prototyping
Concept drawings and refinement take place until the product is near perfect. On approval of initial design, a prototype is produced for real-world assessment and testing. Taking into consideration our own robust, evaluative testing and client feedback, final designs are adjusted and updated. Research and development is crucial and this step may involve a number of iterations to be sure of exceptional product quality and suitability.
Tooling and Manufacturing
Where the magic happens! The final product comes to life as 3D designs are machine-moulded. Master samples are produced, assessed and refined. A Product Specifications Manual is collated for every client, that deals with all aspects of assembly and process. Production may begin.
